Minutes of Monthly Business Meeting

September 9, 2006

Location:  Dance Dimensions, 8373 Kingston Pike, Knoxville

Board Members Present:  President Donna Hooks, Secretary Marcia Lawson, and Past President Sandra Barker 

CHRISTMAS PARTY

Because of concern that there would not be enough room for our Christmas party at Dance Dimensions, it was suggested by Pat Clark, party chair, that the location be changed to the Holston Hills Country Club.  The date of December 9, on which we originally voted, is available.  They will charge us $500 plus tax for use of the facility.  A cash bar will be available.  Food will be catered.  Pat did not think that the price per person would exceed $25.  Based on the above, Steve Hulsey moved that the location be changed.  Motion was passed by show of hands.
