The event will be at Holston Hills Country Club on December 13th beginning at 6 P.M. The party includes a buffet dinner and an evening of dancing with our DJ Gerry Barnes. The Holston Hills capacity limit is 120 people. To facilitate ticket sales, a club member can buy two tickets per order, but both people must be current 2025 members. Guest tickets, if available, will begin selling on or before November 24th. The price of a member ticket is $40 per person. If guest tickets are sold, the price will be $90 per person (the actual cost per person for the party). A charity donation of $10 is included in the price of each ticket. The club members attending the event will nominate and vote on a charity recipient.
Christmas Party 2025
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable. Members should not buy a member ticket for a non-member. Non-member tickets, if available will go on sale on or before December 1st. A member ticket purchased by or for a non-member will be canceled and a refund issued minus a 3% processing fee.
Payment for tickets must use a debit/credit card.
