Each new member or renewing member must complete this registration form. The information provided may be used to send ballots for electing new club officers and sending email announcements about club activities.
Annual dues are $40 per person. Memberships begin January 1st and expire December 31st. Please provide all required contact information requested below then click the Submit button. A box will appear where you can register another person, or proceed to pay dues by debit/credit card.

Liability Release
By checking the acknowledgement below, I agree that the Smoky Mountain Shag Club of Knoxville, TN and their respective officers, and agents (Here in after, the “released Parties”) shall not be liable or responsible for injury to me (including paralysis or death) or damage to my property during any Smoky Mountain Shag Club activities, even where the damage or injury is caused by negligence (except willful neglect). I understand and agree that all Smoky Mountain Shag Club members and their guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk in all Smoky Mountain Shag Club activities, and I assume all risks of injury and damage arising out of the conduct of such activities. I release and hold the “released parties” harmless from club activities and events. I understand this means that I agree not to sue the “released parties” for any injury of damage to myself or my property resulting from, or in connection with any Smoky Mountain Shag Club activities or events.
